Job Summary:

Maintain and repair school facility and equipment, perform preventive maintenance and recommend system improvement to ensure all facility and equipment are in good condition so that the students, faculty and staff are in a safe working environment.
工作範圍包括維修校區設施與裝備, 採取預防性保養維修, 及建議系統改善以促進校區設施與裝備時時處於最佳狀態以確保校區整體環境之安全.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair school facility/equipment on a regular basis or in emergency situations to ensure all the facility and equipment are in the best condition so that the students, faculty and staff are in a safe working environment.
  校區設施與裝備之平日維修以及支援緊急事件以確保校區整體環境之安全         
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and recommend system improvements to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facility. 採取預防性保養維修並針對系統的改善提供建議以確保校區設施與裝備之正常運作
• Prepare timesheet to ensure work orders are carried out timely and accurate manner.
  填寫時間表或工作單以確保工作能及時並確實落行
• Assist supervisor to monitor renovation and construction projects to ensure instructional, facility and safety requirements are met. 協助主管監督整修及工程計劃以確保結構性的安全條件都符合規定
• Support faculty and support staff with special request in order to enhance student learning.
  支援校內教職員之需求用以加強教學相關之準備
• Remain on-call after hours and might need to work weekend shift as assigned.
  下班後需處待命狀態以應緊急需求, 週末需配合輪值班

 Qualifications:      

• College graduate專科畢業
• Class A Electrician License or Level B Technician for Interior Wiring Work certification; Certificate in water supply piping and or relevant field preferred; ; Certificate in HVAC will be a plus必須具備甲種電匠或乙級室內配線，如有自來水管配管相關證照優先考慮; 或具有冷凍空調證照者尤佳
• Mandarin and Taiwanese fluency; Basic level of English preferred流利中文及台語，如具備基礎英文會話能力優先考慮
• Five years of technician experience; work experience in HVAC fields, construction site, repair work, fabrication factory work preferred五年相關機電維修工作，如有冷凍空調、維修廠或者製造工廠優先考慮
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electricity (electrical wiring & control panel wiring)  and plumbing對冷凍空調、機電配線及水管修繕有一定程度的熟稔
• Carpentry / steel worker (welding/fabrication) / door repair / masonry (tiling, plastering)木工/鐵工桿接/修繕門/泥水工程等基本技能
• Must be willing to work shifts and flexible schedule per the maintenance requirement要能配合輪值班並配合工作彈性調整
• Problem-solving skill 問題解決的能力

Work schedule: 6:30 AM to 15:00 PM, inclusive 0.5 hour break
Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 16:30 PM, inclusive 0.5 hour break
Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM, inclusive 0.5 hour break
Work schedule: 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM including 1 hour break

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve snack bar customers to ensure snack bar runs smoothly.
  提供餐廳部小吃部顧客服務以確保餐廳部之服務品質及運作
• Prepare food for sale and monitor food quantity in the snack bar to ensure ample food quantity.
  準備並確保餐廳部小吃部販售之食物數量充足
• Prepare and replenish snack bar food and beverages when necessary.
  準備並適時補貨以確保餐廳部小吃部飲料食材充足
• Help morning shift employees with setting up for opening.
  協助餐廳部早班人員之開店準備
• Assist with cleaning designated areas.
  協助指派區域之衛生及清潔整理
• Assist with kitchen prep work when necessary.
  適時提供支援餐廳部之準備工作

 Qualifications:      

• At least one years of restaurant experience; High School Graduate
  具備一年以上之餐飲工作經驗；高中職畢
• Intermediate level of English. Mandarin fluency
  流利中文，並具備中級英語能力
• Communication and time management skills
  具備顧客溝通及時間管理能力
• Knowledge and concept of sanitation
  具備餐飲衛生之相關知識
• Friendly, patient and have a good rapport with customers
  態度和善並能與顧客保持良好互動
• Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work
  能準確有效地完成指派之工作項目及內容
• Attention to detail, especially food quality and sanitation
  細心並能謹慎以確保食物品質及整體衛生

10-month position every school year
Work schedule: 06：00 AM to 12:30 PM, inclusive 0.5  hour lunch break

  協助中餐及西餐師傅進行食材準備
• Prepare snack bar, sandwiches, salad, fruit and veggie
  協助小吃部準備三明治,沙拉,水果及蔬食準備
• Wash kitchen utensils
  協助指定區域及餐盤容器之清潔
• Help wherever else needed
  配合協助餐廳之工作

 Qualifications:      

• High School graduate
  高中畢業
• At least one year of restaurant experience
  至少一年相關餐飲工作經驗
• Native Mandarin Speaker; Ability to read basic English will be a plus
  流利中文；具備基本英文閱讀能力者優先考慮  
• Knowledge and concept of sanitation
  具備餐飲衛生之相關知識
• Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work
  工作認真、配合度高並能有效率的完成指派之任務
