Bio: Mr. John Chen

PROFILE
My background in mathematics and education gives me a unique perspective on the financial and hospitality industries, allowing me to approach problems with a creative and analytical mindset. My experience in leadership, coaching, and advising has also given me the ability to effectively manage teams and build strong relationships.
Since 2008, I expanded a family-run hotel from operating just one hotel to five hotels
and multiple restaurants. In 2015, the company successfully venture into retail industry by opening the first outdoor outlet shopping mall in Taiwan. It was part of my strategy to increase income and diversify risks. Starting 2023, I have initiated a structural change within to ensure DEIB in the workplace.
