Students receiving EAL services are placed in homeroom classes for all content areas such as math, language arts, science, and social studies. The primary goal of EAL support at TAS is to help language learners develop language skills that will allow them to be successful in their academic work as well as in everyday communication. The language teachers work closely with classroom teachers to make decisions about the type of language support each language learner will receive in the classroom.
