Visit Campus
Visit TAS if your travels bring you back to Taiwan; every week, we see alumni who are revisiting the school and some of their old teachers. Whether it's been four years or 40 years since you've been in Taipei, we are excited to reconnect with you!

Step 1: Plan your visit ahead of time.
Alumni may access the school Green Zone during the day and attend any school community event without an employee escort. Alumni must present their Alumni ID Card when visiting. To visit teachers and academic areas of the school, alumni need an appointment with an employee and/or an escort.
All visits must take place during days when school is in session; we are not able to accommodate visits on weekends or during school holidays, so please check our school calendar before requesting a visit.
Alumni may access the school Green Zone during the school day.
- You must enter TAS with an Alumni ID Card, which will be exchanged for a visitor pass.
- The Green Zone includes the Alumni Office, PTA Office, Advancement Office, Admissions Office, the Tiger Shop, and other functional offices.
- Alumni may bring two guests with them who will need to exchange a photo ID for a visitor pass. For those who have more than two guests, please contact the Alumni Office directly (alumni@tas.edu.tw).
Alumni may access TAS campus to attend a school event that is open to the community (e.g. basketball games, art exhibitions, music performances, robotics competitions, an Orphanage Club sale, etc.) during and after the school day.
- You must enter TAS with an Alumni ID Card, which will be exchanged for a visitor pass and may proceed directly to the location of those events without an employee escort.
- Alumni may bring two guests with them who will need to exchange a photo ID for a visitor pass. For those who have more than two guests, please contact the Alumni Office directly (alumni@tas.edu.tw).
- To attend a ticketed event (e.g. Upper School Musical), alumni must have a ticket.
- You may not visit other parts of the campus including academic areas and must go straight to the event.
To visit teachers and academic areas of the school, alumni need an appointment with an employee and/or an escort. The Alumni Office is happy to escort you around school, show you what has changed, and help you find your former teachers.
If you would like to say hello to a current employee, please contact them in advance to arrange a time that is convenient for them. You can consult the Employee Directory for email addresses. If your sole purpose for visiting is to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a current administrator, faculty, or staff member, please contact them directly instead of filling out the Campus Visit Request Form below. You can arrange a meeting date and time with them and request that they submit your name to the Guard House as a visitor. They must escort you during your time on campus.
Step 2: Fill out the Campus Visit Request Form.
To ensure you can access campus, please complete and submit the Campus Visit Request Form below at least 48 hours ahead of time before your visit. For example, visits for Mondays must be requested on the preceding Friday at the latest. We need to verify your alumni status and notify Security in advance. You must complete this form if you would like to visit TAS during days when school is in session. If we cannot verify that you are an alumnus/a with current contact information, you will not be able to visit campus for the safety of our current students.
Step 3: Gather required materials.
Please bring your TAS Alumni ID Card which will be exchanged for a visitor pass.
You may apply for an Alumni ID Card online if you do not already have one. We can leave it for you at the Guard House to be picked up on the day of your visit or mail it to your preferred address anywhere in the world.
Please bring cash if you plan to visit the Tiger Shop for TAS merchandise. The Tiger Shop (1B62) is located on the first floor of B-Block and is open between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, when school is in session. Only cash is accepted. There is a MegaBank ATM on campus across the hallway.
