Visit TAS
Whether you graduated last year or fifty years ago, we are always pleased to see TAS alumni! While on campus, you can check out old yearbooks at the TAS Alumni Office, visit with your former teachers, and shop for souvenirs in the Tiger Shop. When school is in session, alumni are also welcome to attend our campus events!
Please request a visit at least ONE business day in advance by filling out our Campus Visit Request Form.
Before You Arrive
To ensure you can access campus, please complete and submit our Campus Visit Request Form at least ONE business day ahead of time before your visit. For example, visits for Mondays must be requested on the preceding Friday at the latest. We need to verify your alumni status and notify Security in advance. You must complete this form if you would like to visit TAS during days when school is in session. If we cannot verify that you are an alumnus/a with current contact information, you will not be able to visit campus for the safety of our current students. Alumni visits are not available on weekends or during school holidays, so please check our school calendar before requesting a visit.
If you need directions to TAS, please visit our page for Contact Information and Directions.
All alumni visitors must abide by the most updated campus access procedures.
Visiting Current Administrators/ Faculty/ Staff
To arrange a one-on-one meeting at TAS specifically with any current administrator, faculty, or staff member, do NOT fill out this TAS Alumni Campus Visit Request Form.
You must contact them directly in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time and to request that they submit your name to the Guard House as a visitor. You can consult the Faculty/ Staff Directory for email addresses. They must escort you during your entire time on campus.
During TAS Alumni Office guided school tours, we cannot accommodate those one-on-one conversations with teachers, but you are of course welcome to say hello to former teachers as we walk around campus.
What to Bring
Please bring your TAS alumni ID card (if you have one), a photo ID (government issued preferred) to trade in for a visitor's badge, your camera, and your memories! You do not need to bring a negative COVID-19 test or bring proof of full vaccination.
Other Information
TAS Dining Services and the cafeteria are not currently open for alumni to visit. It is only open to students and employees.
