Strength & Conditioning

The TAS Strength and Conditioning staff is devoted to helping TAS students, faculty, and staff realize their fullest potential in fitness and wellness. We are committed to working closely with these groups to develop lifelong fitness habits while at the same time minimizing risk of injury. By creating an environment where hard work and dedication are rewarded with the greatest returns, we hope to create a culture of sustainable success throughout all of our athletic and school-sponsored programs.
