Athletic Facilities Assistant II
Job Summary:
Manage, distribute, oversee and set up equipment and sports facilities to make sure all events and parent’s bookings can start on time and run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and inspect athletic facilities. Manage, oversee, and distribute athletic equipment to ensure the facility is safely set up and prepared according to instructional and extra-curricular needs. Stand by during events to ensure facility and equipment needs are met.
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and in good condition. Report and/or repair deficiencies.
- Distribute sports equipment to PE and Athletics as necessary, create and maintain an up-to-date inventory system for all equipment and uniforms, ensure accurate record keeping and sufficient equipment and uniform inventory.
- Follow the instructions of each service order, complete the required tasks per the assigned timeline, and ensure issues and problems are addressed in a timely manner for resolution and follow up.
- Follow the Facilities department SOPs and agreed operational standards to ensure all events and parent bookings can start on time and run smoothly.
- Work with PE and Athletics teams to provide timely support to meet athletic events requirements and PE schedules.
- Train Facilities Assistants and substitutes as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Selection criteria:
- College diploma, major in physical education related preferred
- Intermediate level of English. Mandarin fluency
- Experience in sports or fitness related field & knowledge of sports rules and regulations
- Knowledge of sports'/activities' needs in terms of facilities and equipment
- Knowledge of dimensions & inventory check
- Effective time management, communication and organizing skills
- Computer skill in MS Office
- Must be willing to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends in order to meet TAS athletic events and PE schedule
12-month position
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
11:00 to 20:00 inclusive 1 hour lunch break
Work schedule is subject to change with advanced notice and schedule flexibility is expected per the facilities service requirements while school in session and or in June & July.

Athletic Facilities Assistant
Job Summary:
Manage, oversee and set up equipment and facility to make sure all events and parent’s bookings can start on time and run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check facilities (including but not limited to gyms, fields and tennis courts before the PE classes start, make marking lines on turf and upper field, inventory check, etc) to ensure the facility is set up and restored according to instructional and extra-curricular needs.
- Manage, oversee, set up equipment and facilities, and stand by during the event to ensure facility and equipment needs are met.
- Check for need for maintenance to ensure the equipment and facility are in good condition.
- Follow the parent and faculty rental management requirement, perform each task as stated in the facilities department SOPs and ensure issues and problems are addressed in a timely manner to the supervisors for resolution and follow up.
- Follow the instructions of each service order, complete the tasks per the assigned timeline and agreed requirement, and ensure issues and problems are addressed in a timely manner to the supervisors for resolution and follow up.
- Follow the facilities department SOPs and agreed operational standards to ensure all events and parent’s bookings can start on time and run smoothly.
- Serves on the search team during school declared emergencies, e.g. fire drill, to ensure safety of all in school.
- Work with PE and Athletics teams to provide timely support to meet athletic events requirements and PE schedules.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisors.
Selection criteria:
- College diploma, major in physical education related preferred; experience in sports or fitness related field
- Basic English. Mandarin fluency
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations, sports/activities need in terms of facility and equipment
- Knowledge of dimensions & inventory check
- Effective time management, communication and organizing skills
- Computer skill in MS Office
- Able to lift and carry 25kg
- Must be willing to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends in order to meet TAS athletic events and PE schedule
10-month position every school year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
13:00PM to 22:00PM

Food Handler – Pizza Bar 餐廳部披薩區員工 (Part-Time)
Job Summary:
Prepare food, maintain work area cleanliness, and serve customers to ensure our operation runs smoothly.
協助食物準備、維持工作環境清潔,並提供顧客服務以確保餐廳部之營運順利
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance as per our chef’s or management’s instructions。
協助完成餐廳廚師們與主管們的指派工作 - Serve food service customers to ensure operation runs smoothly。
提供顧客服務以確保餐廳部之服務品質及運作 - Maintain workplace cleanliness to ensure a clean environment for our customers。
維持工作區域的整體環境清潔以確保提供顧客乾淨的環境 - Prepare ample quantities of food to support strong sales。
準備足量的食物以支援良好的銷售 - Help wherever needed。

Requirements:
- High School graduate
高中畢業 - Min. one year of pizza production experience
具備至少一年以上之比薩製作工作經驗 - Beginner level of English, Mandarin fluency

具丙級烘焙西點蛋糕證照 - Able to rotate shifts
能彈性配合工作時間輪調 - Knowledge and concept of sanitation

Qualifications:
- High School graduate

至少一年相關餐飲工作經驗 - Native Mandarin Speaker; Intermediate level of English
流利中文並具備中等英文能力 - Class C Technician Certificate for Chinese/Western Cuisine Cookery or Food Baking
具丙級中/西餐烹調技術士證照或烘焙西點蛋糕證照其中一項 - Knowledge and concept of sanitation

Job Summary:
Complete any assigned work, assist in snack production, wash utensils, and help wherever needed.

- Complete kitchen work as per the instructions of our chefs and FSD management
