Free Student Flu Vaccination Vouchers Available from the Health Office

Dear parents and guardians, 

The Taipei City Government will begin offering free flu vaccinations for students starting October 1, 2026. Since flu vaccinations will not be taking place on campus, the government has provided TAS with vaccine vouchers. To obtain a free government-offered vaccination for your child, a vaccine voucher must be used with the Taipei American School Health Office stamp. Please have your child pick up the flu vaccine voucher in the Health Office.   

The flu vaccination is offered at registered clinics/hospitals only, so please check with your local clinic/hospital to see if the vaccine is available. The vaccine is available on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. This is not a mandatory vaccination for Taipei American School, only recommended. We do not require the form to be returned to us.   

Please take your NHI card, student ID, and/or ARC along with the voucher to your appointment. Please note that while the vaccination is free, the doctor’s visit and clinic registration fee must still be paid. There is also an option for a private-paid flu vaccination which does not require a voucher, and all costs will be out of pocket.
