Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we find ourselves settling into the school year, the three of us are looking forward to spending time with families across TAS through our PreK-12 New Principal Learning Tours.
As new principals, we have spent time in the spring and summer, as well as these first weeks learning as much as we can about our divisions and the wider TAS community. An important part of that learning is hearing directly from you: listening to your experiences, learning what matters to your family, answering questions, and getting to know our community.
Throughout the semester, each of us will host a series of informal gatherings with parents and guardians. Each session will center on a specific grade level, creating space for questions and conversations relevant to that year of school and giving families within the same grade an opportunity to connect. But please know: all PreK-12 families are welcome at any session, with any principal. If you cannot attend the session focused on your child's current grade, join us at another time that works for you. You are also welcome to attend more than one.
We hope you'll come, bring your questions and perspectives, and spend some time with us. We look forward to learning from you and getting to know you throughout the year.
