PARENT & GUARDIAN EVENT: Important End-of-Year Events for Grade 5 & Kindergarten

Dear Lower School Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the end of the school year, we look forward to celebrating important milestones with our students and families.

Grade 5 End-of-Year Events

This year, we will host two special events to mark the completion of our students’ Lower School journey.

Grade 5 Promotion Ceremonies

Tuesday, May 26
Harmony Theater

Each ceremony will be approximately 45 minutes, with a 15-minute transition between sessions. To help accommodate space, we kindly ask that only immediate family members attend.

This meaningful event includes the presentation of certificates and provides a thoughtful opportunity to celebrate your child’s transition to Middle School.

• 11:15 AM–12:00 PM: Kozak / Parmentier / Wolak
• 12:45–1:30 PM: Boepple / Mutschler / Orth
• 1:45–2:30 PM: Au / Chu / Thompson

Grade 5 Recognition Performing Arts Concert

Thursday, May 28
Guy Lott Jr. Auditorium

• 12:15 PM: Reception refreshments in the lobby
• 12:45 PM: Doors open
• 1:00 PM: Performance begins

The concert will conclude at approximately 2:15 PM, after which students will return to class for regular dismissal.

Kindergarten End-of-Year Celebration

Kindergarten families are warmly invited to our “Join Us on the Carpet” recognition celebration.

Harmony Theater

Students will share songs and poems that reflect their learning journey throughout the year. Following the performance, families will return to classrooms for a brief visit, where each child will be recognized with a certificate celebrating the completion of the Kindergarten program.

For your convenience, the bus parking lot will be open for parent parking from 8:00–9:30 AM.
