Dear Lower School Parents and Guardians,
SY2526 Lower School Yearbook will be ordered on behalf of each student in the Lower School. The charge for the yearbook (NT$ 300) will be deducted from your child's campus card account at the end of the school year. 
If you do not wish your child to receive a copy of the yearbook, or you would like to get additional copies, please fill out the form below:
Cancel Your Child's Yearbook, or Order Additional Copies by Friday, May 22
The form will remain active until Friday, May 22. We will distribute yearbooks at the beginning of June.
