For Grade 12 Families: Grade 12 End-of-Year Schedule and Graduation Information, May 15-23

Dear Grade 12 Parents and Guardians,

As we approach graduation, please review the following important information and key dates to help you and your senior prepare for the final weeks of the school year.

Senior Check-Out Form

This past week, Grade 12 students received their Senior Check-Out Form. This form ensures all graduation requirements are completed, including returning textbooks, clearing outstanding balances, and returning school equipment.

Students must visit all required offices, with the Cashier’s Office as their final stop. Completed forms will be collected on Wednesday, May 20, during the Senior Check-Out and Reception in the Upper School Legacy Commons.

Please note: Students must complete this form in order to receive their cap and gown.

Senior Week and Campus Access

The last day of classes for seniors is Friday, May 15, followed by Senior Week from Monday, May 18 through Friday, May 22.

During Senior Week, students should come to campus only for scheduled Grade 12 events:

• Tuesday, May 19 (8:00 AM–3:00 PM): Leofoo Village Class Trip
• Wednesday, May 20 (2:45–5:00 PM): Senior Check-Out and Reception
• Friday, May 22 (8:00 AM–12:00 PM): Graduation Rehearsal (mandatory)

Outside of these events, seniors should not be on campus, as classes continue for Grades 9–11.

Upper School Gym

Attendance is required in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony. Students should arrive on time in full graduation attire, including caps, gowns, and tassels. Individual and group photos will be taken.

Graduation Day

Upper School Gymnasium

• 9:00 AM: Seniors arrive at the Hennessy Building
• 8:30 AM: Campus opens to families and guests
• 9:00 AM: Gymnasium opens

Professional photographers accompanying families will not be permitted inside the gymnasium during the ceremony, but are welcome on campus for the reception afterward. Decorations will remain available for photos on Sunday, May 24, from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Please ensure that at least one family member brings a Parent ID for campus access.

Parking Reminder

Parking on campus is limited. We encourage families to use taxis, buses, or rideshare services. Public underground parking is also available at nearby Tianmu Square.
