Grade 12 Senior Check-Out Form and End-of-Year Timeline

Dear Grade 12 Parents and Guardians,

Next week, seniors will receive the Senior Check-Out Form. This form ensures that all graduation requirements are completed, including returning textbooks, clearing outstanding balances, and returning school equipment.

Completed forms will be collected on Wednesday, May 20 during the Senior Reception in the Upper School Legacy Commons.

Important Dates for Grade 12 Students:

• Friday, May 15: Last day of classes
• Monday–Friday, May 18–22: Senior Week
• Tuesday, May 19: Leofoo Village Class Trip
• Wednesday, May 20: Senior Reception (form collection)
• Friday, May 22 at 8:00 AM: Graduation Rehearsal (mandatory)
• Saturday, May 23 at 10:00 AM: Graduation Ceremony (seniors arrive at 9:00 AM)

During Senior Week, students will participate in several events, including the Senior Reception with students and teachers (PreK-12) on May 20 and the mandatory graduation rehearsal on May 22. Please note that students must attend the rehearsal in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

The graduation ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, and campus will open to families and guests at 8:30 AM.

As parking on campus is limited, we encourage families to use taxis, buses, or rideshare services. Public underground parking is also available at nearby Tianmu Square.
