The procedures listed below are designed to ensure that academic areas are for the exclusive use of students and school employees.  

Campus Access During the School Day

Parents are welcome to visit the school and are allowed in the green areas of the map without escort. All other areas of the campus continue to require an invitation. (Please note that an escort is required in these areas due to our child protection procedures, which require that the school does not allow adults in student areas of campus who have not been background checked unless supervised by a school employee.)

During the school day is defined as 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM. The beginning and end of the school day often create congestion in the main entrance of the building, so we ask parents to not enter during these times. Please note that our three divisions have different dismissals times, so the true dismissal time period runs from 2:15 PM to around 3:45 PM. We ask parents to please try to time your campus visit before or after these two time periods (beginning and end of the school day) so that our teachers and security officers can focus their attention on assisting students. We appreciate your partnership on this.
