The procedures listed below are designed to ensure that academic areas are for the exclusive use of students and school employees, except when there is a special event or activity to which a parent has been invited.
Parents are welcome to visit the school and are allowed in the green areas of the map without invitation. All other areas of the campus require an invitation to a meeting or event or activity, to which the parent may go without an escort.
During the school day is defined as 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM. The beginning and end of the school day often create congestion in the main entrance of the building, so we ask parents to not enter during these times. Please note that our three divisions have different dismissals times, so the true dismissal time period runs from 14:15 to around 15:45. We ask parents to please try to time your campus visit before or after these two time periods (beginning and end of the school day) so that our teachers and security officers can focus their attention on assisting students. We appreciate your partnership on this.
