The Taipei American School Upper School Library is designed to provide a high-service facility to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information.

Upper School Library Hours
Upper School Library Hours for Students:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Weekend: no hours
Upper School Library Hours for Parents:
- Mondays & Thursdays 3:35 PM-5:30 PM
Checkout Items
- Number of items each student (of that division) can check out : 10 physical items plus digital (5 from Sora) and this is inclusive to Upper School Library - – does not affect other library checkouts.
- Number of items each parent can check out 5 physical items from Upper School Library – does not affect other library checkouts.
- Length of checkout time - 30 days for students and parents
Other Questions
- There is a parenting collection in the Lower School Library. In Upper School Library there are some books useful for parenting, but we do not have a parenting books collection.
- Students can choose to use if they wish and they will find Sora titles in our library catalog along with hardcopy.
