Happy Tigers Inside & Out
It’s hard to roar when your stomach is growling. That’s why we offer a wide variety of food at multiple locations throughout our campus. From pizza by the slice, gluten-free dishes, vegan & vegetarian plates, to baked goods, we’ve got our Tigers’ tummies covered with healthy, delicious food for many dietary restrictions and nutritional choices. Nearly all items are made from scratch in our kitchen from fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients representing a variety of food cultures from around the world.

The Fitness Cafe
Nestled on the fourth floor between the Tech Cube, the Lower School, the Upper School Information Commons, and the Middle School, our Fitness Cafe is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Supported by an external contractor, this satellite snack option serves healthy drinks, small meals, and snacks.
On-Site Medical Services
Staffed by registered nurses, the TAS Health Office serves the needs of all KA through 12 students. Both offices serving Lower/Middle and Upper School students are located on the first floor near the Lower School Library. Nurses treat any illnesses or injuries that occur during the school day, and oversee the management of medical conditions, health advice, screenings, and medication administration for our student community.
In our office, we have a huge range of combined experience everywhere from the ER to the ICU. I love the opportunity to work with a variety of students with varying medical needs. It presents a new challenge every day and reinforces a key skillset of all nurses which is to think critically and make decisions accordingly.
