This summer let the kitchen be your playground. Let's whip some science into cooking and produce a culinary wonder known as molecular gastronomy. It is an approach to cooking that explores the chemical and physical make up of food, taking the familiar, and making it entirely alien. Let's enjoy some of the most common modern cooking techniques and tools in combination with some nutritional basics. We hope to make a mad scientist out of you in the kitchen by blurring the boundaries between what is food, what is the scientific experiment, and what constitutes a dining experience.
