Forgot - Change Password - Unlock Account

Now we use the same Username and Password for Powerschool, Tigernet, on campus Wireless access.

Here are the steps to change your password and be able to reset a forgotten password or unlock a locked account. Video version

Step 1.

Go to the TAS website

Hover Yellow T icon and then click the "Faculty, Parent and Student Password Reset".

Step 2.

Click Reset Password


Step 3.

Enter your Domain User Name. For parents, please enter your parent ID number. For Faculty / Staff, please enter your networked computer login account. 

Step 4.

Select your email address

Step 5.

Checking the email you selected above. You will receive an email to let you reset your password.

A new password must have at least 8 characters including upper case letter, lower case letter, a number and a symbol.
